- Booking is only confirmed once payment requirements are completed
- Payments made are non-refundable
- Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 7 days before the check-in date and are subject to availability
- Remaining balances for direct bookings must be settled before check-in
- Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning caused during their stay
- Only registered guests are allowed inside the property unless agreed upon beforehand
- SaLaro reserves the right to refuse entry or end a stay in cases of rule violations, unsafe behavior, or illegal activities
- Guests are expected to respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially after 10:00 PM
- Check-in and check-out times must be followed unless otherwise approved
- By booking with SaLaro, guests agree to follow all house rules and policies provided before and during the stay
